Marketplace Tool · AJIO Packing Workflow
AJIO Label Invoice Sorter
Arrange AJIO labels and invoices into one packing-ready PDF, stamp each label with Seller SKU plus forward bag barcode, and sort orders by SKU, courier and quantity for faster packing.
How it works
- Upload one or multiple AJIO Label PDFs, Invoice PDFs and bulk accepted Excel files.
- The tool reads Customer Order ID, Seller SKU ID, *Confirm Quantity and Forward Consignment Bar Code from AJIO Excel.
- The tool matches labels and invoices using Order ID, AWB and customer details. No files or customer details are uploaded or stored.
- If normal matching leaves a label for manual check, the tool retries only those leftover labels against unused invoices using name, address and pincode.
- If Excel is missing for an order but invoice is matched, SKU is taken from invoice and bag barcode marking stays blank.
- If Excel exists but bag barcode is blank, SKU comes from Excel and bag barcode marking stays blank.
- Final PDF is generated as label → invoice sequence. Single-SKU orders use SKU A–Z plus courier grouping; multi-quantity orders are placed after single-SKU orders.

How to use
- Upload all AJIO label PDFs for the orders you want to print.
- Upload invoice PDFs. Invoice PDF is required for label → invoice output and customer matching.
- Upload AJIO Excel files. Multiple Excel files are supported for split batches.
- Click Generate Final PDF.
- Check the validation report. If any label is marked unsafe, verify it manually before packing.
Important rules
- This tool is provided on an as-is basis. If AJIO changes the label, invoice or Excel format, or if any technical issue causes a label to remain unmatched or print incorrectly, the seller must verify the output before dispatch and report the issue for correction.
- Single-SKU orders are sorted SKU A–Z, then courier wise. Multi-quantity / combo orders come after single-SKU orders.
- Labels are not skipped. If a label cannot be safely matched, it is still included with manual-check marking.
